Refund Policy
At Electroniconch Records, we reserve premium audio and DJ equipment specifically for your event date. Because this gear becomes unavailable to other clients once booked, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation schedule.
1. RENTAL CANCELLATIONS
Refund eligibility is based on how much notice is provided prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date:

14+ Days Notice: Full refund of any payments made, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

7 to 13 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total rental amount. Alternatively, we can issue a 100% Store Credit valid for 12 months.

Less than 7 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued. At this stage, gear has been prepped and labor has been scheduled.

Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: The full rental amount is forfeited.
2. DEPOSITS
All "Save the Date" deposits (typically 25–50% of the total quote) are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.
3. EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE & ISSUES

Functional Guarantee: We test all equipment (Pioneer, EV, etc.) before it leaves our hands. If a piece of equipment is non-functional upon delivery, we will attempt to replace it immediately.

Partial Refunds: If we cannot provide a working replacement for a faulty item, a pro-rated refund for that specific piece of gear will be issued.

User Error: Refunds will not be issued for equipment issues resulting from improper use, lack of technical knowledge by the operator, or insufficient power supply at the venue.
4. WEATHER & "ACTS OF GOD"

Events in Key West and Miami are subject to unpredictable weather. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to rain or wind unless a Mandatory Evacuation is in effect.

If weather makes an outdoor setup unsafe for the electronics, we will work with you to move the gear to a covered/indoor area. If no indoor backup is available, the rental fee remains non-refundable.
5. SECURITY DEPOSITS (DAMAGES)

Any security deposits or "holds" placed on credit cards for potential damages will be released within 3-5 business days after the equipment is returned and inspected, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to electroniconchrecords@gmail.com .
The timestamp of the email will determine the refund tier applicable to your request.
